What do you want to do with the money? The Project Plan

Funders want to know exactly what you are going to do to make sure that your project makes a difference. This is called the Project Plan or Project Description.

There are several elements to a Project Plan.  It should include:

A description of all proposed activities

A statement of "outputs"

A description of the project team and their roles

A clear description of how these activities relate, complement and support other existing activities, either from your group or organisation or those delivered or provided by another organisation.

A clear timetable of when everything will be done.

Ultimately what you are trying to do is to enable the funders or sponsors to get a very clear picture of the project so that they are able to imagine it taking place.
