There are many networks and partnerships in Leicester and Leicestershire.  They are particularly useful for finding out who some of the key contacts are when developing your bid, as well as helping you to understand the strategic context for your project.  Through these partnerships, you should also be able to find out if anyone else is running a similar project in your area, along with other potential partners who may be able to support your bid.

Share experience and information, offer mutual support, develop good practice & identify gaps in provision.  Promote the positive aspects of advocacy, raise awareness of advocacy support.  Develop and co-ordinate a locally based programme of accredited advocacy training.
